I know this has nothing to do with Transformers (I'll get to that tomorrow) but recently I have stumbled upon popular culture gold.
Late night host and SNL alum Jimmy Fallon has put together a campaign to reunite the cast of Saved By The Bell. As of now, Zach Morris, Lisa Turtle, A.C. Slater, Jessie Spano, and Mr. Belding are in, but for some obscure reason Kelly and Screech are still out. Dustin hasn't confirmed for obvious reasons (being a douche might be number one) and Tiffani-Amber seems to want to "distance her self from her character". She hasn't done anything serious since 90210 and even that was only a 4 year stint. Gimme a break TIFFANI!
On the show Jimmy has had a few different Saved by the Bell themed skits to get the public psyched for the reunion. Mark-Paul Gossler came to the show as Zach Morris and sang the only hit single from The Zach Attack "Friend's Forever" and Mario Lopez gave a heart pounding speech (from the episode where "the gang" saved the Max) to rally the troops into getting the cast back together. There is also a petition that you can sign online. As of a few minutes ago, the number was over 68,500 signatures. Of course I signed it. Who wouldn't want to see Lark Voorhies looking pretty fabulous on screen. Black don't crack people.

Late Night With Jimmy Fallon airs weeknights 12:35/11:35c on NBC (fun fact: The Roots are his in house band. If you aren't interested in the reunion, at least watch the show for that)
